What Does this ultrasound Scan Result Mean?

my fren report tells dat her uterus is normal in size(81*63*36 mm approx) anteverted.No sizeable myometrial mass lesion seen.the cavity is empty.Endometrial thickness is 10mm approx.Cervix is heterogenous in appearance...n she also has right nephrolithiasis measuring approx 4mm in upper calyx.

1.The uterus is anteverted ( anterior tilt in relation ship to the urinary bladder) which is one of the normal lie of the uterus.
2.The cervix is heterogeneous - which could be an inflammatory changes with in the cervix.
3.Cervicitis needs hormonal treatment, and depending on the findings further cervical smear might be needed.
4.A small calculus, non obstructive - features, in the right kidney upper pole - suggest excess of fluid intake in order to flush it out.
5.Suggets get needful investigations and treatment accordingly . Good luck.
